Perfect location for walking tours and nearby attractions. Valet parking is steep at $48 per night. Staff was friendly.

Location is perfect for walking tours and nearby attractions. Valet parking is quite pricey at $48 per night. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Friendly staff helped with my luggage and provided good service.

Great location—easy walks to attractions, felt safe at night even with teens. Room was clean and dark, perfect for unwinding with friends. Polina at the front desk turned our one-room mix-up into a positive experience. Free breakfast after a fire alarm was a nice touch. But, parking was a hassle, and the confusing breakfast included deal left us scrambling, especially with the kids. Traffic noise from the main street was annoying, and the A/C issues were frustrating. Staff were friendly, but the hotel felt a bit worn. Would consider returning for the location and comfort.

I had a terrible experience checking in; the key cards wouldn’t work, and after two trips back to the desk, I finally got a different room. The staff didn’t seem to care at all—it was so frustrating!

The bed was comfortable, with ample pillows. the couch had large stains on two cushions. Temperature control was efficient, allowing us to adjust quickly. We dealt with noise from the street, which made using earplugs necessary for sleep. The room showed signs of neglect; wet towels and half-eaten food on surfaces was unexpected. Housekeeping promptly changed the stained comforter when asked. We consistently received only three sets of towels for four guests, which was inconvenient.

Great location and comfy beds. Wi-Fi was spotty and check-in was slow.

I had a fantastic time exploring Savannah as this hotel puts you just a few steps from River Street, with the historic district, City Market, and numerous restaurants all within a short walk, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The room was spacious enough for my entire family and the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt prioritized during our stay. Although the parking fee was a bit high and there were a few cleanliness issues in the room, the unbeatable location made it easy to overlook those and focus on enjoying the beautiful sights of Savannah.

The location puts you right in the action! Staff got us lift tickets on the spot and helped with gear rentals.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you get what's worth.

The pros were definitely the welcoming staff and the convenient valet parking service. The location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the Savannah historic downtown district. There were some notable cons. The cleanliness of the hotel fell short of expectations, with stained bed sheets and a bathroom that seemed neglected.

Great location for exploring, but room had an unpleasant musty smell.

The staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel is super close to many attractions, making exploring easy and fun.
Just a heads-up, parking will cost you an arm and a leg.

Charming decor and a clean atmosphere create a welcoming experience. The beds? Exceptionally comfortable. Location is vital. This hotel is ideally situated near restaurants, shopping, and trolly stops. the staff fell short. A rude front desk encounter, coupled with confusion over early check-in, marred the experience. Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, particularly regarding bar incidentals. The cleanliness of my room wasn’t acceptable—stained sheets and an unclean bathroom aren't just minor oversights. Some staff exhibited kindness, while others were dismissive. It's a shame, considering the hotel's potential. A balanced approach to service is needed. With improvements, this hotel could rise far above the mediocre scale.

Hotel Indigo's prime spot on River Street makes exploring Savannah a breeze, with shops and nightlife just steps away. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating, eager to assist despite some operational challenges. Enjoy the chill AC after a long day of sightseeing!

We checked out the awesome Amusement Park and swung by the cool Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. Plus, we strolled along the river – sick views!
Wish they had a happening pool party scene for us night owls! .

The location was prime, super close to River Street and a Starbucks for that morning caffeine fix. Plus, the $25 drink voucher each night was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
This place wasn't worth the dough. The constant barking from pets in every room was unbearable.

I tried the Yoga Pants American Golden Ale at Five Oaks Taproom, quite an experience! The unique touches in the room made me feel like a fashion icon. City Market's live music was a great bonus!
Enjoyed being greeted by a drunk custodian and having housekeeping check on me at 9 am for checkout.

We took a delightful stroll along River Street next to the Savannah River, soaking in the charming cobblestone paths and historic buildings. It was a family-friendly, picturesque experience, perfect for creating lasting memories together.
My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options nearby.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly.
We faced lots of extra charges like a resort fee and paid $16 for a disappointing chicken quesadilla. The property itself needs a serious update, from dirty carpets to poorly maintained bar seating.

Close to the river and plenty of dining options. Friendly staff members.
Uncomfortable beds made it hard to sleep. Noise from the street kept us awake.

I chose Indigo for its prime location near the historic district and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. The Southern flare and local flavor at the Five Oaks Taproom brought a delightful touch to our dining experience.
Lack of thorough housekeeping.

Our stay at this hotel was simply delightful. The property was impeccably clean and had a stylish design that we loved. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from River Street and many other attractions. We were also impressed with the room's cleanliness and the fresh air smell. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to have berries when the bananas ran out. Additionally, the microwave and single-use coffee maker in the room were convenient amenities. We enjoyed using the hotel's workout room and appreciated the water dispenser area. a pleasant and comfortable stay!
The only letdown was the discrepancy between what was promised during online reservations and the actual breakfast limit. Though it claimed to be free, there was a $40 limit per day for three adults, which wasn't mentioned beforehand.
